Refund Policy

Return is a scheme given directly by each seller under this policy, in which the distinct sellers provide you with the choice of exchange, replacement, and/or refund. Replacement only

If the product is delivered in a defective/damaged state or differs from the purchased item, a free replacement will be offered within 10 days. General Rules for a Successful Return

  • A refund will be provided in some situations when the seller is unable to process a replacement for whatever reason.
  • If you received a different or broken good during open box deliveries while accepting your order, you will be offered a refund. Except for manufacturing faults, no returns will be allowed once you have accepted an open box delivery. These category-specific replacement/return general conditions will apply in such instances.
  • Wrong Delivery – (Customer got the delivery message, but the product was not delivered): If the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the matter to the seller within 7 days after receiving the delivery confirmation email/SMS.’

Important Note

When returning or exchanging a product, please maintain it in its original packaging with all original accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards (s). If you want your item(s) picked up from a different address, you can only do so if pick-up service is offered at the new address. If any of the aforementioned requirements are not satisfied, the field executive will refuse to accept the return. If a refund is to be granted for any items, the reimbursement will be handled once the seller has received the returned product.
